Do you need my passwords or account access?
No. We never ask for passwords. All work is done by you, guided by us over a screen-share session, or delivered as instructions and shared playlists.
Can you install Spotify Premium APK or other mods for me?
No — and we will help you remove them. We only work with official apps and legal subscriptions. Read why modded APKs are dangerous.
Which devices do you support?
Safety audits cover Android phones and tablets (with basic checks for iPhone and iPad). Connect setup covers most smart speakers, TVs, consoles, AV receivers and car systems that officially support Spotify.
How do refunds work?
Cancel before work starts for a full refund. Audits and optimizations carry a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with 24 hours’ notice.
